WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Guernsey is a wonderful place to live and a major financial centre which attracts ambitious professionals.

With beautiful beaches, stunning coastal and countryside scenery the Island has lots to offer. There is a huge range of sporting and other activities available. Guernsey is steeped in history and has a diverse culture. It is a desirable place to bring up a family and is an excellent location to develop your career, in a superior environment, with the added benefit of being close to the UK and mainland Europe.

Collas Day is one of the best known names in the local legal community. The firm is proud of its reputation for getting things done while still being a friendly place to work. We place great emphasis on being approachable and professional in all our dealings with clients and our colleagues.

Personal development is important - all our people have opportunities to develop their skills through challenging work opportunities supported by professional training delivered in-house or by external providers.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Whether a lawyer working in our Commercial Department, a legal secretary within Dispute Resolution or a member of our accounts team, everyone plays an important part in Collas Day's success. You may have different skills and qualifications but you will share the attitude and motivation of the people you work with.

We recruit talented individuals with relevant experience and appropriate qualifications. We value excellent team working, communication and organisational skills. You will be hard working and professional with a good attention to detail, an enquiring mind, and most importantly a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
