First of its kind: Collas Day collaborates to launch Intellectual Property company

A unique new company offering fully integrated intellectual property services launches in Guernsey today.
 
Collas Day IP Management Ltd is the only company of its kind positioned to provide a full range of  intellectual property (IP)  services from its base in the Channel Islands, taking full advantage of the innovative and flexible legislation that Guernsey provides.
 
A member of the Collas Day group, which also provides legal and corporate finance services, Collas Day IP will offer a complete IP service from registration, management, structuring and commercialisation of IP. On top of the registration services, the company will also be able to provide legal and corporate structure advice through its partner companies.
 
The new company comprises Collas Day lawyers with IP expertise, coupled with David Evans, the only local trademark agent in Guernsey. Along with the services provided by Guernsey Trust Company, Collas Day's subsidiary trust and corporate service provider, the IP company is unique across the Channel Islands.
