New Solicitor for Collas Day's Property Team

Posted: 22 December 2009

Collas Day has a new lawyer.

Aimee Curzon has qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales following the completion of her training contract with the firm.

Aimee has completed mandatory placements within all departments enabling her to gain a broader experience of the legal and regulatory world. As part of her training contract, she was seconded to UK law firm Stephenson Harwood, to gain a better understanding of UK property law.

Now back in the Island, Aimee's practice will focus on property and her work will cover a range of residential and commercial property matters.

Aimee said, "Throughout my training, Collas Day has supported and encouraged me, and training here rather than in a larger UK firm exposed me from an early stage to a wider and more varied workload, with a greater degree of responsibility. This has been a great platform from which to develop my career. Spending time in a City firm was a welcome opportunity and a rewarding experience, which I would highly recommend"

Jason Green, Partner and Head of the Property Department said, "I am delighted that as a firm, we have been able to support Aimee throughout her training contract. She is an asset to our team and has already been involved in a number of diverse transactions in her short time with the department."
