The Dispute Resolution Review, second edition available now
Posted: 02 June 2010A local chapter of the global publication, The Dispute Resolution Review, has been exclusively penned by Collas Day lawyers Christian Hay and Rachael Farnham.
Published by Law Business Research and Edited by Richard Clarke of Slaughter and May, the book is now in its second edition and officially launches at the annual Fordham Law Conference on International Arbitration and Mediation in New York next week.
The book offers a chapter from each of 51 jurisdictions featuring views and commentary from expert legal practitioners in that region. Collas Day provided exclusive coverage for Guernsey reporting on developments occuring over the last year, and predictions for the coming months.
