Collas Day make a bold break from traditional image

Collas Day, one of the best known names in Guernsey's legal scene has responded to the results of research amongst clients and staff by introducing a bold new visual identity. Tim Alexander, Head of Business Development at Collas Day said " This launch, timed to coincide with the manning of our London office, is another strong signal of the strategic intent of the firm and the commitment of partners to delivering the changes required to achieve the firm's goals. A great deal of effort and investment has been put into the development of delivery capabilities and quality standards. The results of that have been showing through in the responses that our lawyers and property and trusts advisers get from clients and other professionals. The time is right to help them deliver what they do in a way which reinforces their quality and presents it to the standards they deserve, with the consistency they require. It is another resource for them to use in growing the firm."

The new look is intended to be distinctive, memorable, modern and appropriate to a professional firm. Chris Bound, Managing Partner commented "The research that went behind this new look made us aware how far and how fast law firms are changing in the way they present themselves, particularly in London and amongst internationally-minded firms. The meaning attached to the name 'Collas Day' is created by everything our team does,  not simply by adopting a more modern vivid appearance but I do not underestimate the importance of the way in which our services are presented, either for gaining clients' attention, or meeting their expectations. We have been getting excited about the launch and hope that clients will like what they see. We are very grateful to those clients who took the trouble to help us with our survey into branding in the professional services sector".

Design, photography and programming have all been carried out using Guernsey based creative and IT consultants. An insight into the branding exercise will be published on the Collas Day website.
