David specialises in general commercial and civil litigation, with particular expertise in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. David has advised on a wide range of cases including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, sports injuries and birth defects. He represents both plaintiff and defendant and is currently dealing with several high value claims on behalf of the defendant insurer.
