Ian specialises in banking, insurance and corporate transactions. He has been involved in many of the largest and most complex corporate transactions on the Island in recent years.

A regular speaker on company law, corporate governance, directors' duties and financial services regulation. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors and a former Chairman of the Institute of Directors, Guernsey Branch.
