Expertise

Experience of a broad range of clinical negligence and personal injury matters, with a specific interest in obstetrics, orthopaedic injuries, sports injuries, industrial disease, road traffic accidents and accidents at work.

David is currently acting for a number of clients who are seeking compensation as a result of exposure to asbestos in the work place. He is also dealing with several high value RTA claims on behalf of the defendant insurer.

David has recently completed a series of lectures to the Island's medical practices on a wide range of medico-legal issues.
