Jason has a broad corporate and commercial experience with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, utility regulation, e-commerce and IT.  He has advised a wide range of Guernsey companies.

Through his experience in house at Cable and Wireless, Guernsey, he adds a particularly commercial approach to his advice.

Outside Work

Amongst other interests Jason is a highly competitive racing sailor and captain of the Collas Day No 1 boat at the Manches Cup. Jason has a young son, Sam, who he likes taking to the beach. When he is not at work, you will probably find Jason either out on the water, with his family or in his garden.
