Responsible for all HR matters, including recruitment and training and development, throughout the firm.

Joanne is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Career

Joanne has worked as an HR generalist for 20 years in the Guernsey legal, finance and commercial sectors. She is also a past committee member and Secretary of the Guernsey branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Outside Work

When not running around after her family, Joanne can usually be found either curled up with a good book and a large glass of wine, or getting excited over the latest development in her search for her Breton and Guernsey forefathers. Sadly the missing family millions remain elusive.
