Expertise

Joanne has a wide range of experience in family and matrimonial matters. She regularly negotiates and advises upon complex financial settlements dealing with high net worth matrimonial and family matters and deals with all aspects of a relationship breakdown. Examples of recent work undertaken are divorce petitions based upon desertion and cases involving complicated jurisdictional issues and multi home/directorship matters.

Joanne regularly acts and advises upon issues relating to inheritance, including property matters of Wills and guardianships.
