Joy's corporate expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs, joint ventures and investment arrangements, business reorganisations and partnerships.

She advises lenders and borrowers on banking and finance, property finance and securitisation.

Career and Qualification

University of Benin, Nigeria (LL.B).  Joy was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989 and admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 1999.
She became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2005.

Outside Work

Joy is completing an MBA course at Warwick University.
She enjoys a wide range of music, from jazz to classical.
