The purchase of a property fund with a portfolio worth £79m
Advising The British Land Company plc in the purchase of its first Guernsey based property
Assisting The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in the financing of several Guernsey developments
Assisting in the re-mortgaging of Condor 10 and the local Sark Ferries
Assisting Punch Taverns Plc on an all-cash acquisition of Spirit Group. Punch's GBP2.7 billion bid creating the UK's largest group of pubs and bars
Acting for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Bank Europe plc (now Capmark Bank Europe plc) in a £244 million property deal involving a series of Guernsey property unit trusts (GPUTS)
Lisa incorporated the first Incorporated Cell Company in Guernsey following the introduction of this corporate structure. Lisa was Secretary of the Guernsey Bar for the years 2004-2006 and sat on the executive committee of Guernsey International Legal Association during the same period.
