Expertise

Paul is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey.  He moved to the Property Department in 2006, after spending several years in the Commercial Department.

Paul currently specialises in residential property, including conveyancing, landlord and tenant, and disputes over land. He also writes regularly for various property publications.

He is a Barrister member of The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, and a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association.
