Expertise

Rachael joined Collas Day in 2007 having gained over six years litigation experience in Bristol.

She has a strong background in criminal defence work and has particular expertise in areas of fraud and business crime, financial services regulation, revenue and customs investigations and health and safety issues.

Rachael also advises on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes. 

Rachael regularly writes articles on fraud and financial services regulation.

She is an accredited police station representative and a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association.
