The Employment Team at Collas Day provides advice and representation across a wide range of employment matters.

We provide prompt and practical advice to both employers and employees as well as representation before the Employment Tribunal and the Royal Court.
 
Our team offers a 'review service' providing advice in respect of existing employment contracts and policies to ensure compliance with the legislation in Guernsey. In addition, the team has a wealth of experience in drafting new employment contracts and polices; including director's service agreements.
