Property Clinic
Some people are familiar with the process of Guernsey property transactions. Others are not. To help you understand the process of the transaction you have in mind, Collas Day offers a twice-weekly 'clinic' at times to suit people with weekday commitments. A Collas Day property expert will walk you through the stages of the transaction you wish to undertake. It will take about 10-15 minutes
This service is free and without commitment. It is advice on general procedural matters only. Specific legal advice cannot be given until you are a client of Collas Day.
The clinic runs on Thursday evenings from 5pm to 7pm and on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12 noon. To ensure there will be someone available to see you, please call the Property Clinic Reception on +44 (0)1481 734262 to arrange an appointment.
